Got multiple calls from this phones #(+18776980226) like every1 else... BUT is it really a scam or reminder?

I never answered the call and listened to the voicemail which sounds like a robotic guy reminding me about taxes and to update your stripe information for e delivery. I looked for my email for doordash to set it up again it's legit site since doordash does taxes through stripe. So why are many claiming it's a scam? Received 2 calls on Dec 31st and 3 times today so it's weird. Even if it was a scammer how did they get our info?
