Deluxe Upgrade add-on? (Console)

I have the packaged base game - but also have the online deluxe upgrade (reserve your judgement, I know it's just cosmetic. I had a gift card to spend).

Does anyone know how to actually download/apply it to the base game? I don't even see the option in the Microsoft shop to download.
