Help me find the fic please!: pining Draco helping H behind the scenes while she worked at Ministry Creature department (I think it was without her knowledge, and involved care of magical creatures (birds?) in some way...)

I can't recall the name and I only recollect vague premise but it has stuck with me and I really want to find it! I believe it had a pining Draco who helps Hermione while she works at Ministry with something to do with saving magical creatures (for some reason a species of bird comes to mind but I could be wrong about that...). ugh I know that is not a lot to go on but you all are miracle workers around here when it comes to tracking down fics with barely any clues! work your magic!
