Coverup design for Biden tattoo

I've asked other subreddits and people for advice for a cover-up, but I mostly just get negative and condescending comments.

I am genuinely asking if someone could help me come up with a re-deisgn.

My thoughts are around incorporating Palestine into the aviator tattoo. This could be through a watermelon, olive tree, or the Palestinian flag colors.
