Help please

2011 328 Xdrive. this very loud high pitch whistling / squeaking noise comes on every time i push the car a tiny bit or sometimes when I am speeding up to merge. can anyone please help this car is driving me nuts and I just want to fix the issue without sparing another arm and leg.
