Performance drop after last update

recently I noticed that the performance in the game has dropped significantly. On the frame monitor I always have between 100 and 120 FPS, despite this the game does not run smoothly, there are some micro stutters. I think it has been like this since the last game update. Sometimes when I restart the game, it runs smoothly, but after some time the stuttering appears again. Even if I set it to ultra low setting I get 170 frames and the game still doesn't run smoothly.
