How do I get my period back
Is there any way I can get my period back without gaining weight and without stopping my b/p episodes? I lost it at a healthy BMI 18.9 and I am currently 17.6 and I have been going with 20+ b/p episodes per week .
It has been 164 days without my period so I was thinking, is there a chance to get it back if I just increased the fat intake (not the calories intake)? My fat intake per day is never more than 5g (obviously not counting what I eat when I b/p)
