Are Trynn, Champion of Freedom partnered with Silvar Devourer of the Free still considered good commanders?

Was just thinking about how I haven’t played a Mardu commander and there were some really good cards that have come out since LTR/C and PIP that can be paired really well with them. I never see any of the commanders from 2020 played anymore and I thought it would be interesting to see if people still play them
