Discord for Lower powered pods?

I’ve been playing EDH for a long time now and I’m pretty comfortable finding games on Spelltable or through some of the bigger discord groups like TCC but I’m really hoping to find a smaller, a rice discord group that will moots deck brewing, but most importantly is supportive and has a active community that plays with budget and jank decks. Some magical dream land where rule 0 conversations are the standard and so on. If anyone has any recommendations of their personal server or one they know of, please send them my way thanks.
