advice for my build?

I’m in NG+ and I’d like to keep leveling to around 300 then stop there. I’ve never done a NG+ run or taken a character to a level this high, but I’m really enjoying the versatility of using sorceries/incantations and I’m getting good damage out of it. I’m not much into min/maxing but I’m more looking for weapons/spells I’m not using that would be fun, or ways to diversify my toolkit. Any suggestions?? :)
