Doesn't this imply Godwyn's Order of Ancient Dragons were around before the SoTE ?
""One of the incantations of the capital's ancient dragon cult.
Summons a lightning spear while also manifesting ancient dragon crests. On throwing the spear, the crests will launch additional spears. Charge to increase the number of crests and add a bolt of lightning to impact.
An incantation that was taught only to the most accomplished knights, and now a lost art in the Lands Between.""
Specifically the: "Lost art in the Lands Between" Yet you get it in SoTE. Doesn't this solidify the position Godwyn is Older than Messmer?
It's something I touched on before but never really thought about. If Ancient Dragon Incantation originates from SoTE what relation does Godwyn have potentially with Placidusax? And Godwyn with placidusax.
Death's Lighting : "It is said that this golden lightning was wielded by Godwyn, who befriended Fortissax."
We see godwyn taught his Knights those spells. So What's the deal?
Quick Edit: The Knight's Lighting is Golden. It mentions a capital ancient dragon cult. (Godwyn established that).
