I need Help

This is driving me crazy!! have went against multiple people in PVP and they use an armor buff that turns their armor into this shiny looking chrome color.It seems to negate damage and affects really well. Does anyone know what the buff or consumable they're using?! have searched endlessly for the name of it but can't find it.
