Is it morally acceptable to terminate the contract of your crewmate before cashing in missions and bounty vouchers because I don't want to pay him 16% of my earnings ? Am I a bad employer if I do that?

I don't want to be like a regular corporate ceo but I don't want to pay them so much of my earnings 😞
