Weird Bug in FSS

Have 400+ hours on Elite. During the last week While in FSS I’ve randomly had some type of bug causing strange flickering. Also, if that doesn’t happen, it will suddenly jump to a different area of the system as you try to close in on a planet to identify. Video attached. Haven’t changed video drivers or hardware recently. Thanks for any ideas!
