Elite Dangerous Horizons on PS5 . . . . oh, no

Hello there, got EDH on PS5 about a month ago and having a great time.

Then today almost lost my mind trying to access Bartender, Apex Interstellar, and other Concourse/Hangar service in stations. It seems these aren't included? Wut???

Now I'm worried about all the things I don't have access to on console.

Anyone help/sympathize/advise?
