Need help understanding please...

Hello, I got an MRI done that said : no signs of endometriosis but pelvic congestion syndrome. A few months passed and I got a second opinion on my images... That might seems stupid but english isn't my first language so I'm not sure I understand, can anyone tell me if this means that I DO HAVE endo AND adeno ? Thank you so much.
