Had my diagnostic laparoscopy today and the doctor didn’t talk to me afterwards to confirm if I actually have endo

Everyone was super nice today and my post-op nurse in the recovery room was super nice and took such great care of me. No one full confirmed that the doctor found endo however so I was confused. The nurse told me they sent things for a biopsy and the results would come back in 7-10 days. I have a post-op appointment with my doctor in 2 weeks. Is sending tissue for biopsy code for they found endo and they just want to make sure it’s not cancer? I was sent home with some pictueres they took and I can’t tell if my reproductive organs looks normal of if there is endo there.
