What would you do with this heirloom ring?

I recently inherited this ring from my great-grandmother. Apparently she found it at an estate sale. It says “Birks JF 18k” inside the band. I don’t know what I want to do with it, and it’s currently too big for any of my fingers. Does anyone know anything about this type of ring, or have any ideas how to wear it?
