I hate marketing, what are my options...

I enjoy delivery, sales and even accounting in some sick way, but the biggest thing holding my company back from growing is online marketing.

I know that people in our position have to wear a lot of hats and I also know that you can’t outsource everything, but has anyone had any success outsourcing their marketing efforts and if you had, how was your experience?

Alternatively, has anyone else also had this kind of mental blocker and if you did how were you able to overcome it?
