First seizure at 20?

So yesterday I had seizure. I've had no history or knowledge. I'm just trying to figure things out, I guess after the seizure I was sort of crawling on the floor dry heaving until the paramedics got me. I don't remember any, I didn't feel, smell, hear until I woke up in the ambulance. Oh yeah I also fell and gave myself a black eye too lol. I'm just worried that I might keep getting them. I have an appointment with a neurologist next week.

Edit: Thank you all for the support. I'm definitely going to take it easy. Hopefully it isn't downhill from here 😂
