[Bug] Getting Acquainted Bug?

So I was doing Getting Acquainted and I found the USB drive. I extracted and went back thinking that I need to reflash this somehow in raid but I realized that it had to be done in the intelligence center so I extracted and got a run through. Now it says that Getting Acquainted failed (missions status failed). Is this bug? I also killed Zryachiy but didn't get any of the Make Amends. Any help would be appreciated!
