Haven’t played since they added Reserve, what’s the biggest changes since then? [Discussion]

Whats the recap of the major changes? I saw they added PvE and new maps. But seems like there’s all these new mechanics and items and stuff and hard to find YouTube videos except what changed in small incremental patches
