EA Pay

Hey guys - I’m looking to hire a part time VA for my company around 10-15 hours a week.

I’m curious, what is the average pay for EA? I want to pay market value but I honestly have no clue what is!

For background, I am in the E-commerce space selling on Amazon and TTShop. I am the sole Founder and looking for someone to help with admin tasks and take over some of the processes I have already built out.

For example: respond to emails, follow scripts on DMing influencers, follow-up with customers, etc.
