Trying to sort my finances

Hi all, I am 25 turning 26 this month and I still struggle with my finances, I’m not £1000s in debt but I am at least £300 in debt, I want to try and save as much as possible but also be able to spend and live as well, my rough monthly wage is between £1850-£1900 with outgoing bills costing around £950

Please can you guys help?
