For those that have reached master-grandmaster in voltaic, do FPS games feel any different than before?

I just started training and am currently nearing gold overall, and my overall goal is grandmaster. But with that being said, I wanted to ask others who have achieved master-grandmaster levels, what differences have you noticed? I am mainly training for valorant, but curious about anyone who went from bronze-silver to master-gm and your experience.
