Is Carles Puyol 102 a good investment?

I’m f2p and in need of a good rb rn. He is the only player that fits my needs but his red rank is just under my budget. I’m scared if the market might crash I will lose all that money. Or just tell me a good defensive rb for cheaper (red rank)
