[FO4]VOGUE ENB causes the sun and some light sources to become black

I installed vogue enb with the latest enb binaries and now this is happening. The only other mod I have installed is Vivid Weathers, I have tried removing that mod but that doesnt fix it.Anyone know why this is happening?
