Fanatec Base Clubsport DD+

Title: Experience with defective Fanatec ClubSport DD+ bases– what can I do?

Hi everyone,

I wanted to share my experience with Fanatec and hopefully get some advice or tips. I purchased a ClubSport DD+ base, but it arrived defective right out of the box. I sent it back and received a replacement, but the new base was also faulty. This has now happened four times. Yesterday, I received the fourth replacement, and unfortunately, it’s defective as well straight out of the box.

I’ve been in contact with Fanatec support through their ticket system each time and followed their instructions to send the bases back. However, this process is becoming incredibly frustrating. I really don’t want to receive a fifth defective unit and am now considering asking for a refund.

Has anyone else experienced something similar with Fanatec? How did you resolve it? And is there a way to request a refund without having to wait weeks for a response from their support team?

Any advice would be greatly appreciated!
