Best/healthiest kind of mayo?
Like milk, I occasionally come across recipes that call for mayonnaise. I don't really care for mayo and only use it rarely and in very small amounts, but when I do use it, I want to make sure it's the healthiest kind. Also like milk, there are many different options at the grocery store: regular, light, made with olive oil, vegan, etc. Which one is the best to use when a recipe calls for it? Thanks
