How can find prospects of elite players in Youth Academy?

Hi, in the academy scout, what profile should I look for to find a player like De Bruyne for example? Sure, Belgium, attacking midfielder, but apart from that? second striker, organiser or midfielder? And if someone understands this, how could I scout a Messi, Neymar or Cr7 profile?
