Copyrighted music for a film competion

I am working on a short film for a film comp, and I think the song "Exit music for a film" by radiohead would be a great addition to my piece. however, part of the rules in the comp state (this is from the actually website) "The music used in short films must be properly credited, whether it is original, in the public domain, or copyrighted. Music credits must appear amongst other credits at the end of the film." My question is that, how would one properly credit a copyrighted song? wouldnt I need to get permisson from the artist? if you have any feedback what so ever please let me know, I would love too hear from anyone who is much more knowlageable in this sort of area. thank you for your time in reading this post.
