6 months transformation.
(no pump) 27M, 173cms, 71kgs.
My weight in the first photo is around 72kgs, 70kgs in the second one and 71kgs currently. Being skinny fat, I decided to go for body recomposition and being in slight calorie deficit. Now I've decided to start lean bulking, so consuming in slight surplus.
Training- I follow PPL routine, I start with leg day, then pull and then push, 6 times a week(sometimes 5). I workout in the evening.
Diet- I'm a vegetarian, but I eat eggs. I try to fulfil 120-130 grams of protein intake per day.
My current diet routine is- Breakfast- 3 whole eggs (boiled or sunny sides up), soaked chana and seasonal fruits.
Lunch- I prepare a mixed curry with 100 grams of soya chunks, a seasonal vegetable, peas Potatoes etc (This is for 3-4 days per week, the rest days I switch soya chunks with paneer), alongwith rice (sometimes I add arhar dal with rice), dahi and salad. (I eat rotis very rarely)
Dinner- 3 whole boiled eggs post workout, the same rice curry I ate in the lunch, something sweet like chikki currently and a few hours later , 400 ml milk (sometimes I add oats and banana to it)
This is a general diet plan, sundays are cheat days. And also, I'm not always disciplined, sometimes I eat kurkure, biscuits, but I avoid deep fried junk food and have became habitual to live without them.
What should be my fitness journey from here? What are the things I should inculcate or avoid? Please give me suggestions. Thankyou.
P.S.- This sub reddit has been very helpful, and I literally use reddit only for this.
