Need some tips to feel energetic

I have had a badddd mental health for the past one month and it has turned me into a big lethargic mess of a person, I am trying to be consistent with the gym but im hitting my all time low there, working out feels like a job, it used to be fun, I think one of the reasons it’s happening is because im unable to sleep/eat well

Can someone please help me with some tips to improve my energy levels and boost my performance?
