Banned from eBay. Unsure why. Payouts withheld

Hi all,

I have been a regular, well-behaved eBayer since joining the site 23 years ago.

Today I received a message out of the blue saying that my account had been suspended.

I have about $10,500 in payouts which are 'on hold' until the matter has been investigated. I called them, but phone agent wasn't able to tell me anything useful (he read off a script before hanging up).

Can anyone else who has been in this situation tell me when I can expect my money? I feel like they have labelled me a criminal, but... they are the ones stealing my money.

Any advice greatly appreciated!
