Promo item removed on eBay as counterfeit because it was labeled are unbranded

I had an item I listed the other day removed by eBay as counterfeit. The item was a hat given away at an MLB baseball game probably 10 years ago. The hat is authentic but a cheap promo item which doesn't have a brand name on the inside tag. Because of this I selected "Unbranded" in the item specifics. I appealed the decision and it was upheld by eBay. They did say I could relist it but just make sure to select a brand and not "Unbranded".

I am not sure how I should go about listing these type of items in the future as they don't have a brand. Just put the team as the brand? Curious if anyone else has run into this and what you do?
