eBay Offers - Are They Ever Accepted?

In the past couple months, 35-40 of my items have had offers go out to watchers/viewers to just literally never get a response & expire. I don't mean manually writing out a message negotiating with a potential buyer, I mean those automated/manual offers to be sent out.

I get that it's one of those things that doesn't hurt to send out anyway, but how often have you found that they actually get accepted?
