Places that are worth the hype / cost?

I want to hear what places you think are worth the cost / hype around the restaurant.

For me, Quetzal, Donna's, and DaiLo stand out. Whether in terms of how innovative the flavours were (Quetzal and Donna's) and how much food you get (DaiLo).

I'm talking places that charge ~20 for smaller plates and ~40 - 50 for their main meat dish.

For similar price, places I found to be meh were: Alma, Milou, Bernhardt's, and Sunny Chinese to name a few. Don't really care about portions as that's expected but the quality of food / flavours were just... ok. Maybe my experience was just a one-off and didn't have a good time.

Would love to hear what restaurants you think are "worth" the money.
