No adaptive or Normal cruise?

I have tried cleaning the adaptive cruise camera in the windshield as well as looked at the cruise module inside the front bumper. Everything seems normal. I don’t have any cruise and get the “Pre Collision Assist not available” every time I start it.

It was heavy rain/slush when it stopped working.

Any ideas?
