Advice? Critique?

Posted here before with the same thing BUT !! want to know about Critique! This is my first ever base and I want to know if I'm missing something at all. I'm hoping to sell him as a premade once I'm finished, think I'll have any luck?

I need tips for making eyes by the way... I'm thinking of doing follow me eyes but I don't know what supplies I should be buying! Thanks!
