Ghidorah or Destroyah?

I have a thought. Of the most powerful monsters in the Godzilla franchise, the top 3 most powerful are Shin Godzilla, Ghidorah and Destroyah

Now, the latter 2 have an extremely limited window to kill shin before shin mops the floor with their blood

But between Ghidorah and Destroyah, who do y'all think would win?

(Edit: im ignoring Godzilla Earth and his Ghidorah cuz frankly I don't like the anime lol)
