Question regarding GSP Breeders!

Hello everyone! I'm at a point in my life that I'm FINALLY ready to start the process of owning a puppy. I've wanted a dog for a long time but with my old job and constantly being away from home, it never really made sense. I am in the market for a female GSP and I have a few questions about the process that I'm hoping someone can help me with.

I've been looking into GSP breeders in my area. There is one breeder that I've zeroed in on and this is from their website regarding what the puppy comes with:

"AKC Registration papers (plus 30 days of free pet insurance when you register)

AKC Reunite microchip (pre-paid registration included)

Licensed Veterinarian exam

First Immunizations and deworming

Dew claws removed

Health Record

Parents Genetically tested through Embark Vet (clear test results available)

  • AKC Registration Papers (German Shorthairs & Labrador Retrievers)
  • Dew Claws Removed (tales docked for German Shorthaired Pointers)
  • First Shots
  • Regular scheduled Deworming
  • Microchip with prepaid lifetime enrollment with AKC Reunite.
  • Sample of Puppy Food"

Is this sufficient? Is this pretty standard when buying from a reputable breeder? Is there anything else I need to make sure of that isn't highlighted here?

Secondly, after the reading the comments here I will be emailing the breeder with some questions. Some of my questions are as follows:

  1. Are there different training processes for a GSP that will be a "City" dog over a hunting dog?
  2. How much training goes into the first 5-6 weeks that the puppy is still at the ranch?
  3. How long have you been breeding GSPs?
  4. Am I able to pick out the gender/color (less important) of the pup?

Are there any other questions I need to include in my email?

I am going to go all out with training to make sure my pup will be - crate trained, recall trained (I really want to be able to exercise off-leash), and other standard training (potty, commands, ect). Do you all feel it is worth it to send the puppy to be crate and recall trained or will I be able to do that myself to a perfect standard? It is extremely important to me that my puppy is fully trained to all her capabilities.

Anyways, to anyone that responds, I greatly appreciate your time! I'm going to link the website to the Breeder for anyone bored at work and wants to snoop around to help me determine if it's a solid breeder to use. This Breeder is roughly an hour and a half from my home. Is visiting the Breeder an option beforehand necessary and would you recommend that? Once again, thank you all!

Edit: I removed the link to the breeder I mentioned in the original post because it was clear I was looking in the wrong spots. Thanks for the help guys.
