Can no longer change custom background for contacts after UI 6.1 update

Updated my S23 FE and no longer able to set custom background for indindividual contacts... If I create a profile card for a contract, it won't show the picture under the name and phone number on the phone call screen like before....just the background I choose... Anyone know a workaround or fix?
