Playing well but still losing

TL;DR - I'm playing well, but losing games. Don't wanna always blame teammates, but also don't want to always carry. Advice on having more of an impact as a solo que?

Started cs a few months ago and have been grinding it pretty hard as a solo que. I'm still ass at the game but I'm at a point where I at least feel confident in what I know I can do.

I've been sticking to premier for now because cheaters aren't really an issue at my elo (about 7-8k), but I've been running into the same issue more and more lately. Despite playing well or even great in a lot of my games, we'll still lose. I don't wanna be that guy that just blames teammates, cause i do fuck up and make mistakes. Still, I don't really know what I should be doing differently in a general sense.

The majority of the games I play I'm either first or second on the leaderboard, but I know kills don't always equal impact. I keep up with my leetify and can see that almost all of my games I'm "overperforming" and my HLTV rating is pretty good. All my categories are well above the elo average except for util.

I'm not writing this to rant or pretend like I'm better than I really am, I just want to know if someone has some advice on how to play around certain teammates as a solo que. I know its a team based game, but I wanna know what I should be doing to have more of an impact so I don't always have to rely on teammates to win.

Edit:

It's been a few weeks since I initially wrote this post, I wanted to provide an update to anyone that may stumble across this in the future that is having a similar issue. I have gained about 3k elo in the past two weeks and I can now say that I feel like I am at the skill level I belong. The majority of this success I can largely attribute to the advice people provided in the comments.

I've realized that if you are a solo que, you NEED to learn how to switch between a "support" role and an "aggressor" role depending on what is and isn't working. The majority of your random teammates are going to do whatever they want, regardless of what expectations you have for them. At the start of each game, I try to play a support role and let my teammates take the lead. If we are having success, I stick with this approach (attempting every trade, throwing quality util, watching flanks, etc.) However, if this approach does not work, I will switch to an aggressor role (entry fragging, drawing attention, creating space).

Essentially, the best way to have a positive impact on your team as a solo que is to identify what area your team is lacking in most and attempt to fill that hole. K/D/A and ADR doesn't matter at all if you're losing.
