Exhaust Fitting

Hello,

I have a MK8 GTI 380 and was wondering if the Golf R OEM echaust would fit on the car? I know I would need to get a new diffuser but does the exhaust itself fit on with ease?

I believe it is a MK7 or 8 Golf R where the owner is basically throwing the OEM out for an aftermarket exhaust.
