2017 Montero washover and facelift to 2025 look - LTO Concerns

Our '17 Montero is currently at the casa for a washover, as it has numerous deep scratches and paint chips due to daily use. The color will be changed to White Diamond from Black. I’m also planning to facelift it to resemble the latest Montero model, and the following exterior parts will be replaced by the casa:

• Hood • Fender • Front & Rear Bumper • Headlights • Taillights • Front Grille • Fog Lights • Fender Liner • Mags

My question is: since my car is a 2017 model but will be modified to look like the 2025 model, do I need to inform the LTO, considering the car’s appearance will differ from its original model year?
