How to contact your not-home gym

Long story short, I have the Sweat Everywhere, but my membership is in my previous city of residence. In my current gym where I live, 2 of the blast bikes are broken, and 1 is about to go out (display flickers the whole time). I always go at hours it is not staffed, so I have no idea how to reach out to see if this will get fixed. Any recs besides just leaving a note? For clarification, the 2 bikes have been broken for at least 2 months.
