Is this worth the buy?

I’m looking into getting into the upper mid tier pc gaming where I can run almost any game with good frame rate. I’m not necessarily looking for max specs , just a good experience. Also if I do go with this purchase what do I need to set up for the best experience possible. I heard the omen software should be uninstalled can someone provide any information?
