My husbands wedding ring

We eloped in Vegas in 2016 and got these rings for like $30. It looks like our youngest has disappeared it into the void and we have no interest in “upgrading” as others have suggested. I’ve scoured the internet and can’t find anything anywhere, some close or similar things but I’ve really got my heart set on finding this exact one. Any help would be appreciated!
