Help finding certain Stegosaurus Plushie! Apparently it doesn't exist

For context, many MANY years ago there was a Walking with Dinosaurs Live! Tour here in the States around the mid 2000s, and I came home from that event with a Stegosaurus Plushie. This certain plushie was sort of tan colored but had almost this spot-like pattern on it like a cheetah or a giraffe. I've tried looking it up using every keyword I could think of and every variation in between. The color variation is very similar to this, yet it was bigger but had somewhat of stubby legs iirc. I'm hoping someone can help me find this thing because I can't find it within my old storage where we thought it was, and now I'm convinced it's some sort of "lost media" situation.
