I’m new to painting and want to start with the original models. Best paint set/paints to use?

Any advice on what paints best fit the theme of Hero Quest. I’ve watched a lot of YouTube tutorials but none really say “start with this paint set”. Picture is not mine but I would LOVE something that looks like this.
